Welder/Fabricator/Fitter

Quality Process CNC Machine Shop is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to read drawings and produce high-quality work in a manufacturing environment. This position will begin with a short trial period to evaluate skills, work quality, and fit with the team. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and other metals Fabricate parts and assemblies according to drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components Inspect welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Work closely with the machining and production team to meet deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a welder and/or fabricator Proficiency in
