Job Description

Overview We are seeking entry level Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes, with the ability to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Shift:
M-F 5am-330pm Responsibilities Perform various welding techniques including Stick welding MIG Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Inspect completed welds for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proficient in MIG and Stick Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings. Experience in fabricating metal components according to specifications. Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding practices. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
