Monday•Friday, 5:00 AM•1:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 1:00 PM•9:30 PM (or until finish)

Overtime:

Required (1-2 hours daily); Saturday availability is mandatory

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to support the production of fire sprinklers, valves, and related fire protection products. This role involves reading blueprints, performing MIG welding, assisting with custom pipe fabrication, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks according to blueprints, diagrams, and instructions Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently Assist with custom pipe fabrication and assembly Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with company and safety standards Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain workflow and product integrity Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and safe material handling Handle materials weighing 50-75 lbs; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Perform repetitive motions and work in hot, cold, or noisy environments

Requirements:

Must bring personal welding hood and equipment MIG welding experience required; must pass welding test Ability to work overtime (1-2 hours/day) and occasional weekends Resume and interview required Strong attention to detail and able to handle production paperwork Ability to climb ladders, stairs, or platforms as needed Visual and auditory ability to work safely in production Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and teamwork
