The Position The Welder is an individual contributor within the Manufacturing function, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. The role focuses on preparing components and production assemblies by applying high-quality welding techniques and ensuring products meet technical and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical capability, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities The work of the Welder focuses on preparing components and productions by: Using tig welding to assemble metal components into parts for products Performing seal assembly Operating welding cell
