Welder Job Duties and Requirements:

Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on steel and other metals. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders. Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to specifications. Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely. Minimum 1 year of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment. Proficient with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints and follow production instructions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are a must. Benefits of working with
