Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Erectors & Welders to join our dynamic construction and fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and welding structural components on various construction sites and manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse materials, including sheet metal and pipework, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical skills to bring complex projects to life. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble structures and components. Perform
MIG, TIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <LOCATION
> welding with precision according to project specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts. Operate cranes, forklifts, rigging equipment, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other machinery safely to handle heavy materials. Fabricate ductwork, sheet metal components, piping systems through threading and soldering techniques while adhering to ASME codes & standards. Measure materials using basic math skills to cut, shape, and assemble components with high accuracy. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or manufacturing floors to maintain a secure work environment. Assist in mechanical assembly processes including pipe threading, machining, and component installation. Support fabrication tasks such as plasma cutting, bending with press brake machines, and assembly of structural elements using schematics. Collaborate effectively with team members on projects involving scaffolding setup, rigging for heavy lifts, or mechanical installations. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques; experience with <LOCATION

Knowledge of fabrication processes including sheet metal work and pipe threading. Experience operating cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, press brake machines & other heavy machinery safely. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Strong understanding of schematics for electrical or mechanical systems related to ductwork or piping installations.
