We are actively seeking experienced Commercial Pipe Welders for ongoing mechanical construction projects throughout the Austin area.
Responsibilities:
Perform Stick welding on commercial piping systems Weld carbon steel pipe in various positions Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding specifications Assist with pipe fabrication, fit-up, and installation as needed Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards Work efficiently in a commercial construction environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of commercial pipe welding experience Must be proficient in Stick (SMAW) welding Must be able to pass a 6G weld test Experience working on commercial mechanical projects Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Pipefitting experience is a plus Text "PWATX" to 512-866-1198 for immediate consideration.
