Candidates should possess experience with MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques, as well as familiarity with cutting torches, soldering irons, and brazing tools. Ability to work independently or collaboratively, strong attention to detail, and understanding of workplace safety practices are essential. Physical stamina and manual dexterity required. Experience in fabrication, repair, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
