WELDER Mineral Wells, Texas Monday

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications. Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts and structures according to production requirements. Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare materials for welding and assembly. Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity. Operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Repair weld defects and make adjustments to meet quality standards. Complete grinding, sanding, de-burring, and finishing work as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous welding and metal fabrication experience preferred. Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick welding processes. Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment. Understanding of weld quality standards and inspection procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Comfortable working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or shop environment. Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
