6:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Friday:
Typically 6:00 AM-12:00 PM; occasional extended shifts until 4:30 PM based on production needs Join Our Team We are hiring a Welder to support our manufacturing team in Weatherford, TX. If you have welding experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will weld galvanized steel and aluminum to fabricate custom and standard products such as roof curbs, drop boxes, and related components. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well independently, values safety, and thrives in a production environment. What You'll Do Weld galvanized steel and aluminum according to blueprints and production specifications Fabricate custom and standard products with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect completed welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Operate welding equipment safely and perform basic machine maintenance Report product defects, quality concerns, or production issues to leadership Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and production teams to improve efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship Requirements At least 1 year of welding experience required High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment Knowledge of welding safety practices and manufacturing procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Preferences Welding certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production setting
