Responsibilities of the FT Welding Instructor include, but are not limited to: Teach and guide students in classroom and lab settings, ensuring they gain the technical skills and knowledge to succeed. Demonstrate proper techniques in FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW welding, as well as OFC, PAC, and CAC-A thermal cutting processes. Evaluate student welds and provide constructive feedback to help them refine their craft. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment. Assist in developing engaging lesson plans and curriculum to enhance student learning.What We're Looking For:
Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience:
Two or more years of hands-on welding experience.Qualifications:
Must pass Qualification and SENSE written tests within six months of employment.Industry Certifications:
Must obtain the OSHA 10 Certification within six months of employment.Knowledge and Skills:
