Responsibilities:

Precision Welding:

Perform high-quality TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel and aluminum components.

Complex Fabrication:

Fit and weld vacuum chambers, pressure vessels, and tanks ranging from 4" to 8' in diameter.

Technical Execution:

Use engineering drawings and blueprints to perform layout, fitting, and fabrication of welded assemblies.

Pipework:

Weld pipe assemblies ranging from $1/8^{\prime\prime}$ to 36"

Quality Control:

Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards.

Working hours:

2:00 PM - 11:30

PM Skills:

Experience with vacuum chambers, pressure vessels, or pipe welding. Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as rollers, mills, lathes, or ironworkers. Background in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.

Education:

High School Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

5 to 7+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
