We are a custom metal fabrication shop that works on a wide range of projects, including railings, custom steel staircases, structural steel, and general fabrication work . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to work independently and produce high-quality workmanship. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications , operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and can contribute to a productive team environment. Duties Fabricate components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in various welding techniques. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
