We re looking for a MIG Welder who is ready to pull the trigger and join a team that actually enjoys coming to work. We are on the hunt for a skilled MIG Welder who takes pride in laying down clean, beautiful beads. Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals based on blueprints and technical drawings Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect workpieces for defects and perform necessary adjustments Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Perform quality control checks to ensure welds meet project specifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder (at least one year preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Knowledge of welding materials, techniques, and equipment Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsMigSpotstandingPreciseKnowledge of welding materials (1 year of experience is preferred)Familiar with welding safety (1 year of experience is preferred)Reading Blueprint drawings (1 year of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 0 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
