Welder Job Description Join our team as a Welder, where you will work in a pre-fabrication shop to weld together frames for modular units. Your expertise in MIG and fluxcore welding on steel will be essential in producing clean, strong welds. You will be required to read and interpret blueprints and control AMP and tolerances effectively. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and fluxcore welding on steel frames. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Execute flat, horizontal, and occasionally vertical welding. Control AMP and tolerances to produce quality welds. Cut materials, read tape measures, and use grinders to finish welds. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and measuring skills. Experience with hand/power tools and diagrams. Capability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly. Additional Skills & Qualifications TIG/Stick welding experience is preferred. Ability to fit is preferred. Ownership and proper use of basic hand tools. Why Work Here? Choose between two shifts:

6am-4:30pm or 4pm-2am, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work upon prior notice. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
