This role is not entry-level and is best suited for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. What You'll Be Doing MIG and/or TIG welding of steel and aluminum components Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Producing clean, consistent, high-quality welds that meet spec Working with jigs, fixtures, and hand/power tools Performing basic inspections of your own work (fit, finish, penetration) Maintaining a safe, organized workstation Supporting fabrication and assembly as needed What We're Looking For (Required) Proven welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong ability to read blueprints and follow specifications Consistent work history and excellent attendance High attention to detail and quality Comfortable with repetitive work while maintaining precision Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Strongly Preferred Multiple years of professional welding experience Experience working to tight tolerances Ability to troubleshoot weld defects and adjust technique accordingly Fabrication, grinding, or light machining experience AWS certification (or equivalent hands-on skill level) This Role Is NOT a Fit If You're looking for occasional or short-term work You struggle with repetition or maintaining quality over long runs Attendance or reliability has been an issue in past roles You prefer supervision-heavy or slow-paced environments What We Offer Stable, full-time 40 hours (Monday-Friday), open from 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (must have consistant schedule, 8 hour days) Great BONUS program, no probationary period, just show up 40 hours every week!
