Our products are trusted throughout the industry, and our success is driven by skilled craftspeople who take pride in their work. We're looking for a motivated Welder/Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical challenges, and producing high-quality work. If you have experience with MIG and TIG welding and are looking for a stable company with a supportive team environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel (14-gauge through 3/8" plate) Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions Prepare materials for welding using grinders, sanders, and other fabrication tools Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy Assist in the fabrication and assembly of industry-leading equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and product quality What We're Looking For Formal welding training and/or WABO certification preferred Experience with both MIG and TIG welding Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Commitment to producing high-quality work Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A weld test will be required during the interview process.
