We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator with strong experience in architectural and decorative metal work, along with installation capability for high-detail construction projects. About Us We are a general contracting company in Seattle building custom homes, commercial spaces, and a variety of specialty projects. Our work blends structural construction with architectural detail, and we take pride in quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

We are seeking a welder/fabricator-installer with experience in custom metal work, fabrication, and field installation. This role includes both shop fabrication and on-site construction work, with an emphasis on visible architectural elements and high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Perform welding using SMAW, GTAW and/or GMAW processes Fabricate, fit, and assemble components for residential and commercial projects Rig, install, and set structural and architectural components on active job sites Read and interpret construction and technical drawings Execute high-quality finish work on visible architectural elements Operate forklift (must be certified or able to obtain certification), or other heavy equipment Ensure all work meets project specifications, code requirements, and safety standards Collaborate with team members across trades and maintain a safe, clean work environment Requirements Experience with architectural decorative metal work (custom, ornamental, high-finish fabrication) Experience working with architectural components and finishes (blackening, patina, or similar treatments) Ability to read and execute construction drawings and blueprints Experience with structural welding, rigging, and installation WABO Certification highly preferred Candidates without WABO certification must be willing and able to obtain certification if required for project scope Valid driver's license with clean MVR and ability to pass a background check Forklift certification or willingness to obtain High attention to detail and commitment to quality Takes direction well and communicates clearly with team members and supervisors Ability to lift 50 lbs, crouch, stand, sit, and walk up and down stairs Willingness to work in both shop and on-site construction environments Bonus Skills (Preferred) Comfort working with a mix of materials beyond steel (wood framing/treatments, specialty finishes)
