- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal structures and components Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, Alum & Stainless welding with precision according to project specifications and industry codes such as ASME standards Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and ductwork Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure parts meet exact dimensions and tolerances Fabricate custom metal parts by cutting, bending, welding, soldering, and assembling using rigging techniques and mechanical knowledge Read schematics and technical drawings accurately for proper assembly and fabrication procedures Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices, crane operation, pipe threading, and forklift operation Requirements Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety standards and procedures Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, ARC, Alum & stainless welding, and plasma cutting techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence Experience working with sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, pipe threading, and assembly processes Familiarity with power tools such as press brakes, machining equipment, soldering tools, and hand tools Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for fabrication tasks Mechanical knowledge related to rigging, machining operations, and ASME codes & standards compliance Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or construction environment Join our team today if you're passionate about crafting high-quality metal products!
