HR Duties:

Comply with all company and site safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe‑work practices Perform safe and effective operation of welding equipment, tools, and machinery Weld components using MIG (GMAW) , Stick (SMAW) , and TIG (GTAW) processes, including complex aluminum assemblies Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to execute accurate welds Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems (Panasonic and Genesis Robotics) Assist with robotic welder setup, programming adjustments, and quality checks Flex across different products and work areas to support production needs Provide training and guidance to new employees or team members learning new work areas Follow established procedures, standard work, and quality requirements Troubleshoot and resolve welding‑related issues, including weld defects, equipment problems, and material inconsistencies Maintain welding equipment, perform basic repairs, and ensure tools remain in proper working condition Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

Intermediate‑level proficiency in MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding Proficiency in TIG (GTAW) welding, especially on aluminum Strong understanding of aluminum alloys, weld characteristics, and process reactions Experience operating and maintaining robotic welding systems (Panasonic, Genesis Robotics preferred) Ability to perform both manual welding and robotic welding operations as needed Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering documentation Strong troubleshooting skills for weld quality, equipment issues, and process deviations Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to support multiple production areas Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required (typically up to 50 lbs) What does Express offer to you? ?
