Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications and industry standards. Our work includes farming equipment to new small production number assemblies. Usually doing something different most days. Small shop so more laid back. Monthly check towards health insurance after 3 months 401k 2 weeks PTO Monday - Friday 8-4:30 no weekends Responsibilities Perform MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to fabricate metal components. Operate machinery such as press brake machines for bending and shaping metal parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a construction environment. Proficient in using tools such as micrometers, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
