Hourly Description:

What You'll Do As a Welder, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Preparing materials and performing MIG welding and robotic welding (load/unload). Completing metal finishing operations to meet customer drawings and specifications. Following all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tagout, ergonomic practices, and machine start-up/shut-down. Performing quality inspections using precision measuring tools. Maintaining production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Using our ERP system to manage shop orders and report production data. Participating in 5S practices and preventative maintenance. Assisting in other work areas as needed and working independently with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, plus: 3-5 years of welding experience OR Technical degree and 1 year of experience. Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and memos in English (translation assistance available upon request). Familiarity with precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, protractors, etc.). Solid computer skills for navigation, scanning, and data entry. Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and continuous learning.
