Job Description

Position Overview We are hiring an experienced MIG Welder to support our manufacturing operations in the Fox Valley Area. This role focuses on welding steel components in a fast-paced industrial environment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, understands production expectations, and values safety on the job. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel parts and assemblies Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and weld specifications Set up and adjust welding equipment for various projects Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Prep materials by cleaning, grinding, and fitting components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For Proven MIG welding experience Background working in an industrial or manufacturing facility Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Bonus Skills (Not Required) Welding certifications (AWS or similar) Experience with fabrication or working with varying steel thicknesses Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and machinery PPE required and provided Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hortonville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
