MIG & TIG

Welder to join their growing team in Iron Ridge, WI. This organization is a well-established manufacturer known for producing high-quality industrial equipment and components. They are seeking experienced welders who take pride in craftsmanship, quality, and precision fabrication.

This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with immediate benefits available. Key Responsibilities for the

Welder:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and engineering drawings Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials for aluminum welding applications Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Identify and correct weld defects as needed Work closely with fabrication and weld preparation teams to ensure proper fit-up and production flow Qualifications for the Welder role: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2-3 years of aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Strong understanding of aluminum welding techniques, heat management, and distortion control Experience using measuring instruments, welding tools, and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Compensation & Shift for the Welder role: 2nd shift, will train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks $28-35 per hour, based on experience 40 hours per week
