Job Description

MIG Production Welder What You'll Be Doing:
Production Prowess:
Using Miller equipment (including HD MIG and Versa-Pulse) to lay down high-quality welds on carbon steel and aluminum.
Precision Prep:
Fitting and tacking assemblies based on detailed blueprints and customer specs.
Tech Integration:
Working alongside state-of-the-art Fanuc robots and weld positioners to maximize efficiency.
Quality First:
Owning your work—self-inspecting welds and checking part geometry with precision tools to ensure every unit is "3 Phaze" perfect.
What We're Looking For:
The Skills:
Proven experience in MIG welding (steel or aluminum). If you can read blue prints and understand weld symbols, you're ahead of the game.

You thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy seeing a finished product roll out the door.

A team player who actually cares about quality and isn't afraid to learn new tech.
Pay:
$20- $30 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
