MIG Production Welder What You'll Be Doing:

Production Prowess:

Using Miller equipment (including HD MIG and Versa-Pulse) to lay down high-quality welds on carbon steel and aluminum.

Precision Prep:

Fitting and tacking assemblies based on detailed blueprints and customer specs.

Tech Integration:

Working alongside state-of-the-art Fanuc robots and weld positioners to maximize efficiency.

Quality First:

Owning your work—self-inspecting welds and checking part geometry with precision tools to ensure every unit is "3 Phaze" perfect.

What We're Looking For:

The Skills:

Proven experience in MIG welding (steel or aluminum). If you can read blue prints and understand weld symbols, you're ahead of the game.

The Hustle:

You thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy seeing a finished product roll out the door.

The Mindset:

A team player who actually cares about quality and isn't afraid to learn new tech.

Pay:

$20- $30 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
