In this role you will serve as the lead role for welding operators, welders, and spot welders in addition to performing welding operations on a variety of components using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), Arc, and Spot-welding techniques. Previous experience in leading a team is needed, along with a solid work history. Organization and strong communication skills are required.
