We are seeking a detail oriented Welder to help ensure our components meet the highest standards of accuracy and craftsmanship. As a Welder, you will repair damage, defects, and surface imperfections on aluminum castings, build up or join sections to restore or improve structural integrity, and perform precise aluminum welding and finishing operations that directly support the performance and reliability of our high quality cast products. What You'll Do Prepare castings by cleaning, grinding, and removing defects before welding. Perform aluminum welding in flat or vertical positions using appropriate equipment, tools, and methods. Build, join, or shape components by clamping, tack welding, bending, grinding, or cutting to meet specifications. Inspect workpieces, monitor welding processes, and ensure all welds meet quality and dimensional requirements. Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete required documentation, inspections, and material handling tasks. What We're Looking For Prior manufacturing experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment. Why You'll Love It Great pay $20
