WORK HOURS
(SHIFT)•1st shift: 5:00am•3:30pm, M-Th (Friday OT) 2nd
Shift:
3:30pm•2:00am, M-Th (Friday OT)
STARTING PAY
•$22•29/HR + $1.50/hr. shift premium
REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required Strong blueprint reading skills Experience with fabrication setups and fixtures High attention to detail and workmanship Ability to use hand and power tools safely Knowledge of measuring tools and quality checks preferred Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout shift
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Set up and work with fixtures and fabrication equipment Complete fabrication, fitting, grinding, and finishing work as needed Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures
