Welders in this role will spend the majority of their day welding plates to beams and columns, producing high‑quality work that becomes part of large‑scale commercial and industrial projects. You'll work with Flux‑Core (FCAW) and MIG processes on rails, stairs, and structural assemblies , contributing to a fast‑paced, safety‑focused fabrication environment. 🛠️ What You'll Do Perform MIG and Flux‑Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural steel components Weld plates to beams, columns, rails, and stair assemblies Interpret and work from blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Ensure weld quality meets structural and shop standards Collaborate with fabricators and supervisors to maintain workflow and production goals ⭐ Top Skills MIG Welding Flux‑Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) Structural Welding Blueprint Reading Fabrication Weld Symbols Flux Core / MIG Processes 📌

Requirements Must Have:

1+ year of MIG and FCAW welding experience on structural steel OR completion of welding schooling Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality welds ⏰ Schedule & Overtime This is a 1st Shift position with regular overtime available .

• 3:00 PM OT is consistent and expected , offering strong earning potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
