Job Description
The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding a wide variety of machine parts and components in all welding positions while meeting strict quality, safety, and production standards. This role involves interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, performing layout and setup work, selecting appropriate welding techniques, and verifying finished products for accuracy and conformance to specifications. The position requires hands-on operation of welding and cutting equipment, use of precision measuring tools, and collaboration with production leaders and team members to complete projects efficiently in a manufacturing environment. - Fabricate and weld machine parts in all positions o Read and use blueprints, drawings, and engineering instructions to complete work.
- Manage time to ensure completion of assigned projects within specified time frame.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Operate a forklift or crane when necessary.
- Follow company procedures to complete assignments
- Communicate concerns to supervisor timely.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Ability to wear required protective clothing and work effectively with various tools.

Pay:
