TIG Welder KAD Staffing $32.57 United States, Wisconsin, Waukesha Jun 08, 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform TIG welding of carts, subassemblies and tables to produce product according to procedures and meeting specifications. Read parts lists, blueprints and drawings to weld and assemble products. Perform all grinding, buffing and polishing operations to bring products into specifications. Perform final assembly of products and sub-assemblies according to procedures and meeting specifications. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, printing labels. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. Assist with assembly operations in other areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent, plus 1-3 years related experience Ability to operate pneumatic and power tools, welding equipment, polishers, buffers, and lift equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to successfully pass forklift certification.\ 4 Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs) 3:15 pm - 1:45 am $29.82/hour + $2.75 shift premium = $32.57/hour
