Become a Key Player in Our Welding Team We're excited to open doors to a passionate Welding and Assembly Expert at our Brookfield, WI site. If crafting high-quality metal pieces with precision and care is your calling, we'd love to have you aboard! Your contributions will be a linchpin in our metal fabrication processes. Intrigued? Join us! Day-to-Day Responsibilities Expertly execute a variety of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on diverse materials. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy to ensure correct fabrication. Examine finished welds to confirm adherence to detailed quality and specification standards. Keep welding equipment and tools in peak condition through meticulous maintenance. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely production and uphold quality objectives. Maintain a pristine and secure work area without compromising on safety protocols. Participate in ongoing educational workshops to elevate your welding aptitude. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent completion; additional vocational welding training preferred. Proven track record and a strong industrial welding portfolio. Deep knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety protocols. Proficiency in analyzing technical documents and blueprints. Impeccable attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to superior quality output. Strong problem-solving prowess and the capacity to collaborate or work independently. Additional credentials such as AWS or ASME certifications are advantageous!
