6p•6a 2-2-3 Schedule (this shift includes a $2 shift premium) Looking to get into welding or grow your skills? We're hiring entry-level Welders and we're willing to train the right candidates. If you're hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn, this is your shot.

What You'll Do:

Perform basic welding on metal parts and structures Follow blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools and measuring equipment Maintain quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic mechanical skills and comfort with tools Ability to read measurements and follow directions Team player with a strong work ethic
