Job Description

Gillmann Services is now hiring experienced Fabricator / Welders in Beaver, WV! •Pay is based on experience•
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and forming tools Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core as required) Assemble parts and structures according to specifications Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, grinders, saws, and drills Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies Work with supervisors and engineers to resolve fabrication or design issues Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of metal types and fabrication techniques Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods If you're interested, please give us a call at 304-252-4510.
