Welder

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Welder to perform welding tasks on various metal components and equipment used in the coal mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong welding background, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding tasks across various projects, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks according to company specifications, blueprints, and safety standards Inspect and repair metal components and equipment as needed Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols Maintain welding equipment and workspace in a clean and safe condition Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding preferred Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication and assembly tasks Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and rigging equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts with precision Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy in accordance with engineering specifications Conduct pipe threading, soldering, and mechanical assembly for piping systems adhering to ASME codes & standards Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials within the worksite or manufacturing plant Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or fabrication facilities, maintaining a clean and organized workspace Join us if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship!
