We're looking for a Marina Manager to oversee daily marina operations, lead a dynamic team, and help create an exceptional experience for boaters, guests, tenants, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hospitality, safety, operations, maintenance, sales, and financial performance — all while keeping the marina running smoothly and looking its best.
What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day marina operations and ensure a safe, clean, welcoming property Manage, train, and develop teammates while supporting a positive team culture Deliver excellent service to boaters, tenants, guests, and visiting clientele Support slip rentals, renewals, move-ins, occupancy reporting, and revenue growth Coordinate maintenance needs to keep the marina safe, functional, and visually appealing Promote the marina through events, social media, and customer engagement Monitor expenses, payroll, operational performance, and financial results Ensure compliance, safety protocols, incident reporting, and workers' compensation documentation are handled accurately and promptly
About You:
You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. You know how to lead a team, solve problems, build relationships, and create a great guest experience. Experience in marina operations, hospitality, property management, or office management is a strong plus. A background in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred, but leadership, initiative, and a passion for service matter most. Weekend, holiday, and occasional evening availability may be required based on marina needs.
