Marina Office Associate

Located on picturesque Cape Cod, Nauset Marine is widely recognized for over 60 years as one of the most knowledgeable and well-respected marine facilities in Massachusetts. We're looking for a friendly, organized professional to join our team as a full-time Marina Office Associate. About the Role This is a customer-facing, on-site position at the heart of our marina operation. You'll be the first point of contact for our boating customers — managing the dock office day-to-day, handling basic service intake, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism Nauset Marine is known for.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for marina customers in person and by phone Receive and process customer service requests and write clear, accurate work orders for the service team Handle valet boat requests and coordinate with waterfront staff accordingly Oversee fuel transactions and POS system accurately Maintain organized records of daily marina activity Support the broader marina team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Marine experience and service writing preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with shifting priorities POS or Dockmaster system experience a plus A genuine interest in boating and the marine industry Must be reliable and available year-round, including weekends during peak season
