Company Overview Palm Beach Towers is a leading marine manufacturing company specializing in the design and fabrication of custom tuna towers, fiberglass hardtops, and marine aluminum components for luxury sportfishing yachts. PBT serves premier boat builders and yacht owners with high-quality, custom-engineered solutions for both new vessel construction and refit projects. Job Summary The Marine Hardware & Rigging Installer is responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of marine hardware, rigging systems, towers, and related components on vessels to customer and company specifications. This role supports the installation of structural and finish hardware including rails, hardtops, enclosures, outriggers, windshields, bridge supports, and other marine components. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including at heights and on vessels both in and out of the water. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and capable of developing the skills necessary to perform high-quality installations independently. Duties & Responsibilities Install and repair marine hardware, rigging, and boat handling systems according to company and customer specifications. Assist with installation of hardtops, enclosures, outriggers, windshields, tuna towers, bridge supports, rails, and related marine components. Install prefabricated custom parts including hatches, metal trim, seats, hardware, and support structures. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, templates, and specifications for accurate hardware placement and installation. Apply caulking and sealants around hardware, windows, windshields, joints, and mounting surfaces to ensure proper fit and water protection. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and rigging equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed work to ensure alignment, finish, and compliance with Palm Beach Towers quality standards. Assist with adjustment, repair, or replacement of improperly fitted or damaged components as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always. Work closely with fabrication, detailing, and installation teams to support production schedules and customer delivery timelines. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain awareness when working at heights or around vessels in and out of the water. Support other departments or installation projects as operational needs require. Follow instructions and direction from supervisors and lead personnel, interact professionally and effectively with coworkers and customers, accept constructive feedback while maintaining a positive team attitude, and uphold professional appearance and workmanship standards.

As needed based on production and delivery timelines Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED equivalent Mechanical aptitude through vocational training, hands-on experience, or related marine/construction work Basic experience using hand and power tools Fundamental reading, writing, and math skills Valid Driver's License Preferred Experience working with towers, outriggers, enclosures, or marine hardware installations Experience in marine, metal finishing, rigging experience, or fabrication environments. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Basic computer skills Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus). Requirements for the Position Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship. Ability to work comfortably at heights (no fear of heights required). Ability to work with hands and perform precision detailing tasks. Ability to work independently and be reliable with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and accountability. Confident swimmer. Physical Demands & Work Environment Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 70 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Work performed both indoors and outdoors, including on vessels. Exposure to dust, noise, weather conditions, and marine environments. Drug & Alcohol Palm Beach Towers is a drug-free workplace.
