Looking for a solid, year-round position with a growing marine company right here in Annandale, MN ? Charter Marine is hiring a full-time Marine Mechanic to join our team. We service, transport, store, and maintain 400+ boats annually—and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys the lake lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing:

Service and repair outboard engines and inboard wake/ski boats New Boat Rigging Perform spring start-ups, diagnostics, and repairs Maintain our rental fleet and customer boats Assist with dockside service and boat transports Work with a small, experienced team in a fast-paced seasonal environment

Year-Round Work:

Winter work includes snowmobile service & rentals Located directly on the Wright County snowmobile trail system Consistent hours year-round (no layoffs)

Compensation & Benefits:

$80,000 - $100000+ annually (based on experience) Performance bonuses available $7,000 Annual Allowance towards Personal/Comercial Employee owned work truck Employor paid Work Truck Comercial Insurance Paid travel opportunities to the FL Keys (paid team work offshore fishing retreats) Steady, long-term employment with growth potential Sales Comission new boat sales and incentives on consignment boat sales

Requirements:

3+ years marine mechanic experience Sales Experience Service writing experience Parts Counter Experience Certifications Mercury, Yamaha, BRP, Indmar, PCM, Ilmor Strong knowledge of outboards & inboard/V-drive systems Own tools required Valid driver's license & clean driving record Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
