Maritime Cook

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maritime Cook to join our Offshore Aviation vessel fleet. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals and maintaining galley operations to support crew wellbeing in an offshore environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve daily meals for crew and passengers. Develop menus that meet dietary and nutritional needs. Manage inventory, provisioning, and stock levels. Maintain the galley's cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor food usage and minimize waste. Maintain accurate records of supplies and consumption. Requirements Previous experience as a cook in offshore, maritime, or remote environments. Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (or equivalent). Food Safety Certification. Ability to work rotational offshore schedules. Strong organizational and time management skills.
