• Full-time Market Manager Bedford Farms, Bedford New York Bedford Farms is a farm-to-table market and garden center in Bedford, New York offering fresh produce, locally sourced foods, plants, and provisions in a beautiful boutique market setting.

We are seeking a Market Manager to oversee daily operations of the market and coffee bar while maintaining a well-stocked, abundant, and visually compelling retail environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the farm market and coffee bar Manage part-time baristas and seasonal staff Purchase and manage inventory (coffee, baked goods, packaged foods, etc.) Work with local farms and vendors Receive deliveries, check inventory, and manage credits Price, stock, and merchandise products Maintain inventory levels and proper rotation Provide customer service and assist with sales Stock shelves and lift up to 30 lbs Qualifications Experience in farmers markets, specialty grocery, or boutique retail Strong knowledge of produce and food products Organized with strong attention to detail Eye for merchandising and presentation Friendly, team-oriented, customer-focused Interest in food and farm-to-table products Schedule Busy season (April-July, September-December): 6 days per week Moderate season (August, March): 5 days per week Winter season (January-February): 4 days per week

• 4:00 PM Full-time, exempt position.
