The Opportunity:
This is not a traditional job. It is an opportunity to build and own a business. As a Market Partner, you will launch and operate a brand-new IRS location in a market of your choosing. You will be the face of the company locally and will run the business with full P&L responsibility.

Position Summary:
The Market Partner is an entrepreneurial operator responsible for launching, growing, and leading a new IRS branch from day one. This role is ideal for someone who wants to: Run their own company Build a team Drive sales and operations Create long-term equity value Be rewarded directly for performance Success means establishing IRS as the dominant restoration provider in your market and building a scalable, profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Launch & Business Development Establish and grow IRS in a new geographic market Build relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, etc.) Drive consistent inbound job flow Capture meaningful market share (target: 10% of TAM)
Operations & Execution:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch Manage job intake, estimating, scheduling, and production Ensure every customer receives a five-star experience Maintain IRS operational standards and processes
Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit, hire, and lead technicians and office staff Create a culture aligned with IRS core values Train and develop high-performing teams Build an organization that can scale
Financial Ownership:
Manage the P&L for your location Control costs and drive profitability Reinvest intelligently to grow the business
Growth Beyond Restoration:
Develop the capability to launch two adjacent service businesses in your market over time.

IRS is designed so Market Partners can focus on growing the business rather than building infrastructure from scratch. Headquarters provides comprehensive centralized support, including: Initial launch capital and operational infrastructure Proven systems, training, and ongoing mentorship Annual financial reporting and bookkeeping support Business tax filing and compliance management Proprietary operational software platform Professional website setup and ongoing management Search engine optimization (SEO) services Google Business Profile (GBP) management Google Guaranteed / Local Services Ads (LSA) management Xactimate estimating and scope writing support Handling negotiating with insurance companies Marketing strategy and brand support You focus on leadership, sales, and execution

Compensation Structure:
This is an entrepreneurial ownership role, not a salaried position. 30% equity ownership in your market location No personal capital investment required Initial living expense support through a draw on future profits Draws are repaid from early profits Once repaid, ongoing profit distributions begin Typical timeline to profitability and repayment: 6-9 months Your long-term income potential is directly tied to the success of the business you build.
