FreelanceOn-Site$33 - $38 /hr Posted April 21, 2026 Overview of the Role Our client is the Brand Experience team of a global consumer technology organization seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the expansion of their Ratings and Reviews and customer listening programs across digital retail channels. This role plays a key part in building out a more robust analytics-driven approach to understanding customer feedback, identifying themes and risks, and informing product and content improvements across appliance categories. The Marketing Analyst will partner closely with Brand Experience, Demand Generation, Product, and other cross-functional teams to analyze consumer feedback, audit PDP content, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both working and leadership audiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, presentation acumen, and a collaborative approach to digging into data with multiple stakeholders. This is a 6-month assignment with possible extension that will start at 20 hours/week (during regular EST business hours), including 2 days onsite in the northern NJ office.

Part-Time, 20 hours per week Top 3 Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in online retail, ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, sales, or service-oriented environments. Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytical, internet-based reporting, with demonstrated ability to synthesize data into insights for both day-to-day partners and leadership audiences. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate consumer feedback and performance data into clear insights and action plans. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze consumer product reviews and Q and A across brand-owned websites and major retailer platforms. Support the development and maturation of the ratings and reviews program by identifying themes, trends, and opportunities within consumer feedback. Analyze ratings and review performance, including volume trends, rating movement, product insights, and broader customer sentiment. Conduct PDP (Product Detail Page) content audits to assess content health, accuracy, and customer experience effectiveness across digital channels. Identify, document, and escalate notable product, content, or service-related risks and patterns, compiling regular reports for cross-functional partners. Conduct competitive analysis using publicly available review data and consumer feedback benchmarks. Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand Experience, Demand Generation, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to investigate findings and drive resolution. Leverage digital listening, analytics, and reporting tools to support insights generation and issue tracking (experience with social listening platforms is a plus). Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to support decision-making at multiple levels of the organization. Other Qualifications Bachelors degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical background with comfort working in data sets, reports, and dashboards. Experience with social listening or review platforms is a plus (Sprinklr experience helpful but not required). Minimum of 2 years of project or initiative management experience. Prior account management or stakeholder-facing experience is a plus. In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics or appliance categories and related technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Comfortable collaborating across teams and proactively seeking clarity when needed. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
