Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Position:

Community Coordinator Lake St. Charles Retirement Community is looking for a Community Coordinator to join our team! The Community Coordinator is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the community on our services.

Position Highlights:

• Carrying out external marketing and creating relationships with vendors for the Center
• Overseeing community involvement
• Coordinate admissions to the assisted and independent living community, including handling inquiries either over the phone or in person.
• Work with individual residents and families toward adjustment to residential care life and to crises of illness, disability, and death.
• Communicating closely with families
• Working closely with other departments in order to showcase the facility to its fullest extent
• Mature personality with ability to assist families in crisis connect with services
• Self-motivated and dependable follow through
• Comfortable with discussing personal financial affairs

Full Time Qualifications:

• Prior experience of 2-3 years in health care sales or admissions preferred
• Must have a good understanding of potential payment options
• Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
