Career ResourcesCandidate Experience Sign Up Join Our Talent Network Marketing Automation Strategist - Dynamics 365, B2B Saint Louis, MO Full-TimeHybrid$105,000 - $115,000 /yr Posted April 10, 2026 Our Entertainment client is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Automation and CRM Strategist to lead and elevate email and CRM marketing programs in a B2B environment. This is a full-time position working hybrid onsite (4 days/week) in St. Louis, MO. Candidates must be local to be considered. This role focuses on transforming email into a high-impact, revenue driving channel through advanced segmentation, lifecycle journey development, personalization, and continuous optimization. This Strategist will also serve as the in-house Dynamics expert, driving measurable improvements in lead generation, pipeline growth, retention, and revenue. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, CRM, design, and digital teams to support complex, multi-stakeholder B2B buying journeys. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle & Automation Strategy Design and optimize full-funnel lifecycle journeys tailored to B2B buyer stages (nurture, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, renewal, reactivation) Implement behavioral triggers, workflows, and lead scoring aligned to sales processes Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency CRM & Platform Management Own and optimize Dynamics marketing automation capabilities Ensure accurate data flow, tracking, and integrations across marketing and sales systems Establish best practices for segmentation, workflows, and governance Segmentation & Personalization Build advanced segmentation strategies for B2B audiences, personas, and account-based targeting Leverage dynamic content and personalization to increase engagement and conversions Maintain strong data quality and targeting accuracy Performance & Optimization Define and track KPIs tied to pipeline, retention, and revenue in a B2B demand generation model Analyze results, communicate insights, and continuously optimize ROI Lead structured testing (subject lines, cadence, content, timing) Campaign Execution Manage email calendar across customer and prospect communications Oversee campaign development, QA, launch, and optimization Ensure brand consistency and strong user experience Content & Collaboration Guide messaging strategy with a strong understanding of B2B value propositions and buying cycles Align campaigns with product marketing, sales, and go-to-market strategies Use data and user behavior to refine content strategy Compliance & Best Practices Ensure adherence to data privacy, deliverability, and industry standards Maintain list health and stay current on trends and tools Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation Proven track record owning end-to-end lifecycle strategy in a B2B environment Strong content strategy skills with experience developing B2B messaging frameworks Demonstrated success driving measurable impact on B2B pipeline, lead generation, retention, or revenue Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and workflow automation for complex B2B audiences Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred) Experience aligning marketing automation with sales teams and CRM systems in a B2B setting Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem solver In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
