Days Description Summary of Duties:
The Marketing Communications & Provider Recruitment Specialist supports strategic marketing initiatives to enhance organizational visibility, strengthen the employer brand, and drive patient volume growth, while assisting with physician and advanced practice provider recruitment efforts. This role partners with the CEO and leadership team to support referral relationship development across the region, promote service line growth, and position the organization as both a provider and employer of choice.
Essential Functions:
1. Support development and execution of marketing strategies to promote service lines and increase patient volume. 2. Assist the CEO in building and maintaining relationships with referring providers across the region. 3. Manage digital presence including website content, social media, and online provider listings. 4. Coordinate marketing campaigns for service lines, events, and community outreach initiatives. 5. Create and manage content including social media content including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. 6. Track and report on marketing performance (engagement, ROI, and growth metrics) 7. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and materials. 8. Collaborate with leadership on growth, visibility, and community engagement initiatives. 9. Support full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers, including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews. 10. Assist in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and residency outreach. 11. Coordinate candidate experience including interviews, site visits, and communication. 12. Partner with leadership to support recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs. 13. Assist with offer process, contract coordination, and onboarding in collaboration with HR. 14. Maintain recruitment tracking and reporting metrics. Skills Abilities:
1. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities 3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 4. Familiarity with applicant racking systems (ATS) and social media platforms 5. Basic knowledge of marketing and branding principles
Working Conditions:
1. Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors. 2. Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.
Physical Demands:
1. Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 12 hours or longer per workday. 2. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 2. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, healthcare recruiting, or marketing preferred 3. Experience recruiting physicians or providers strongly preferred
