Job Description

Community Liaison The Medical Team, a nationally recognized leader in home healthcare, is hiring a Community Liaison to spearhead our growth and community outreach initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. As a CHAP-accredited, multi-state provider certified by Medicare and Medicaid, our reputation is built on quality, compassion, and reliability.
The Role:
As a Community Liaison, you will be the primary ambassador for our agency. The majority of your day will be spent engaging directly with the communities we serve, fostering strategic partnerships, and raising awareness of our comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Outreach:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, and other clinical facilities.
Event Management:
Plan, host, and attend community events such as health fairs, informational sessions, and local gatherings (e.g., bingos, holiday events) to connect with potential clients and partners.
Brand Education:
Clearly articulate the value and scope of our services to diverse audiences, from individuals to large groups.

Possesses outstanding verbal presentation skills and can engage audiences of all sizes with confidence and clarity.
