Mon-Fri, 9-6 PM Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing communication initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, special events, and public relations activities. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally to support marketing and promotional efforts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, including public relations initiatives, advertising campaigns, and special events. Assist with the development and execution of brand awareness strategies and promotional activities. Organize and prepare marketing proposals, presentations, reports, and client-facing materials. Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and supporting marketing collateral. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and campaign execution. Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and project documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and advanced PowerPoint skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive client and team relationships. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support high-priority and last-minute projects. Experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, or related environments is a plus.
