Role Description As a Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for helping shape our company's visual identity and developing compelling visual content for various marketing materials. This role combines artistic talent with strategic thinking to ensure that all designs align with business goals and brand guidelines, effectively engaging the target audience. Day-to-day tasks include a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print media, such as website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, client presentations, and event collateral. You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams will be essential for ensuring consistent brand messaging : presenting creative ideas and design solutions to team members, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed. This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Designer, located in Kansas City, MO. This position reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics Creation Expertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). A portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums is essential. Understanding of marketing and the ability to align visuals with marketing strategies Strong attention to detail and ability to meet and manage deadlines Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills Experience with video editing, or generative AI tools is a plus Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
