Marketing & Events Coordinator Harley-Davidson of Asheville High-performing dealership. Loyal riders. Constant tourist traffic. Now we need the person who turns all of that into energy, buzz, and packed events. We're hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator who can own the entire experience—from the first idea to the last bike leaving the lot. What You'll Do This role does it all—no silos, no handoffs: Concept and execute: events, sales, and promotions Create all marketing assets: graphics, video, and copy Promote across channels: social, digital ads, email, and in-store Host events and work directly with customers, vendors, and partners Keep the dealership presence fresh by managing all media + website updates Who You Are Naturally extroverted with contagious energy Creative thinker who can also execute without hand-holding Comfortable solving problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment Strong writer with an instinct for what grabs attention Solid eye for photo + video content Harley-Davidson knowledge is a plus—but not required Skills That Stand Out Experience with tools like: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar) Adobe Premiere, Rush, Final Cut, iMovie, Canva Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Analytics Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Schedule Tuesday-Saturday Saturdays are event days and required What You Get Paid Time Off Team Member Discounts Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Profit Sharing Plan Bottom Line If you can take an idea, build the hype, and turn it into a full parking lot—we want you on our team.
